2007 Sustainable Transport Awards |

The STC coordinated the presentation of awards to individuals and organisations who have helped make transport in WA more sustainable during 2007, in particular, for efforts to lower transport emissions in Perth and WA. (See insert from The West Australian of 7th December announcing the winners stc_bp40.5x7_071207v2 411.41 Kb)
This was the fourth year that the Awards have been offered and they recognise the wide range of innovative activities undertaken by individuals and organisations over the past 12 months. Details about the 2007 Awards (ie nomination form) are below. The nominations closed on 27 October and the Awards Breakfast was held on 6th December (see invitation ). The judging panel for 2007 were gail White (Chair), Susan McCarrey (PTA), Des Snook (MRWA) and Debra Mayrhofer (BTA).
