Dr Jan Scheurer developed the Spatial Network Analysis for Multimodal Urban Transport Systems (SNAMUTS) tool for land use-transport integration. Since 2007 he has been involved in international research and development collaborations around public transit accessibility measures throughout Europe and Australasia. The SNAMUTS team has analysed Perth in
2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2014. Dr Scheurer will present the key findings and methodology.
Dr Jan Scheurer is a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Built Environment, Curtin University and a member of the Future Cities Lab, an Honorary Associate at the Centre for Urban Research (CUR), and RMIT University.
Jan’s areas of expertise are urban design, transport and accessibility planning, sustainability policy and mobility culture.
